Terms and Conditions for Pomelo's PhilDev Donation Campaign

Effective Date: October 31, 2024

Campaign Overview

Pomelo will donate $100 to PhilDev Foundation for each new activated user who signs up through the unique URL: http://pomelo.com/phildev and sends $100 or more via Pomelo. The total maximum donation is capped at $50,000.

Sponsor

The Pomelo Credit Program is sponsored by Pomelo International, Inc., located at P.O. Box 193425, San Francisco, CA 94119 ("Sponsor"). This program is solely sponsored by Pomelo.

Program Period

The Program begins at 9:00 am Pacific Time ("PT") on October 31, 2024, and ends on December 31, 2024, at 11:59 pm PT or when the $50,000 donation cap is reached, whichever comes first ("Program Period").

Eligibility

To be eligible, participants must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Be a legal resident of the United States, which includes Washington, DC.
  • Sign up using the provided URL: http://pomelo.com/phildev.
  • Complete the activation process, which may include verifying identity, linking accounts, and any other required steps as determined by Pomelo.
  • Send $100 or more from their Pomelo account.

How Pomelo Will Donate

1. Donation Calculation

For each eligible new user, Pomelo will donate $100 to PhilDev, up to a total of $50,000. Once the donation cap of $50,000 is reached, no further donations will be made, regardless of additional sign-ups or activations.

2. Donation Disbursement

Donations will be disbursed to PhilDev after the campaign concludes, no later than January 31, 2025. Pomelo will notify PhilDev of the total number of eligible users and the corresponding donation amount.

General Conditions

Pomelo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without notice if circumstances arise that are beyond its control. This offer is not transferable or redeemable for cash by the user.
