Credit Report Authorization

By submitting this application, you authorize Pomelo International, Inc. to obtain and use your credit report, employment, and income information from consumer reporting agencies and other sources. This information will be used to evaluate your application, service your account, manage our relationship with you, and offer additional products or services as permitted by law. This may include decisions related to credit line adjustments, account administration, review, collection, and other servicing purposes.

We may also access and use information about your accounts with other financial institutions, including checking, savings, and credit accounts. Upon your request, we will provide you with the name and address of any consumer reporting agency that provided a report to us.

You also authorize us to report your account status and payment history to consumer reporting agencies, which may include reporting negative information such as delinquencies.
